As the week unfolds... You’ll have the opportunity to learn from 2025 International Champion Quartet, Clever Girl, and 2026 International Champion Toast of Tampa Show Chorus as they share their expertise, artistry, and passion.

• Your quartet must be non-competing.
• All four members must be present for the coaching session.

Deadlines: 

• August 14: Deadline for purchasing slides
• August 28: Deadline for artwork file submission

Rates: 

• Shout-Out: $115 per slide 
  Send a message of congratulations, encouragement, or appreciation.
• Commercial: $150 per slide
  Promote your business, product, or service.

Mechanical Requirements:

• Submit multiple frames as a single slide with transitions, not separate slides. 
• Ensure your transitions are set to automatic, not by keyboard click. 
• Slide transitions should not exceed 12 seconds. 
• Design files in Microsoft PowerPoint, saved as a .pptx file, and set to widescreen (16:9).

Submission Process:

• Send file submissions along with your order confirmation number to reception@singunited.org after you have purchased your slide(s) through our online store.

This is a fully cashless event—card payments only.

All transactions throughout the venue require a credit or debit card, including:

• Registration
• AcaShop
• GCCC

Please plan accordingly—no cash will be accepted!

ATM machines are available in the hotels and at the GCCC for your convenience.

Here's how to sign up:

• Email volunteer@singunited.org if you would like to receive volunteer information and sign-up communications for Columbus 2026.

• If you volunteered last year and your email address has not changed, you will automatically receive volunteer communications—no need to email us again.

• Watch your inbox in early July 2026 for the official Call for Volunteers and additional details about available opportunities.

• Sign-up inquiries will be open until Monday, August 31.

• As a thank-you for your time, volunteers who complete at least six hours of service on the 2026 Volunteer Team will receive a discount on their All-Events Pass to the 2027 SingUnited International Convention & Competition in Seattle, WA, USA.

Rentals

There are nine car rental companies onsite. 

• At CMH, follow the purple signs to the arrivals curb where you’ll catch a quick shuttle to the rental car center. 
• Shuttles operate 24/7.

Ride Shares & Taxis

Rideshare pickup services such as Uber and Lyft are available. 

• After claiming your luggage and reserving your ride, proceed to the arrivals level (Level 1 of the terminal), cross Arrivals Drive to the ground transportation area, and wait between the designated columns to the right.
• Taxis are available on the ground transportation level. For questions, contact the airport’s Taxi Management team at 614.239.TAXI (8294).
